How to Use
Use approximately 5ml cream for an adult. Generously apply the sunscreen and let it absorb well before going out into the sun. Repeat several times while staying out in the sun, especially after sweating, bathing or drying the skin with a towel. The sunscreen should be completely absorbed before getting dressed, since it may rub off on clothes, textiles and furniture.
Recommendation: protect yourself from the sun by spending less time directly in the sun. Avoid the midday sun between noon and 3pm, stay in the shadow and wear thin clothing.
Warning: using less sunscreen than recommended reduces the sun protection significantly. Do not stay in the sun too long, even when using sunscreen. Excessive sunbathing constitutes a health risk.
