As customer satisfaction is very important to us, we strive to ship your order as soon as possible. We currently offer a 7$ flat rate shipping for all orders in United States using USPS services. Time to time we also offer free shipping for certain orders. Normally delivery takes 2-7 business days. When order shipped we provide order confirmation and shipment tracing number.
RETURNS
Our product brands value sustainability and responsible production very highly. They use as little plastic for packaging as possible, and the packaging that is necessary is made of as much recycled plastic as possible.
For this reason, the products do not have any kind of sealing. This means that our products are not returnable since we can not determine if they have been used or not. Therefore all sales are final.
We also understand, that products can get damaged during delivery, so only in that case we will resend your damaged products on us, or we will refund your money. Your claim needs to be reported to us in 30 days of delivery. We will ask a photo proof to confirm. All claims need to be sent to admin@salwazbeauty.com.
